Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Travel Double, provided by Divergent Logic LLC (“Travel Double,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

What Travel Double does

Travel Double helps users organize trips, create packing plans, set reminders, import travel information, and optionally connect a Traveler with a Planner for a specific trip.

The app is a planning and support tool. It does not replace your judgment, official travel-provider information, medical care, emergency services, airport instructions, or legal advice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep your device secure.
• Confirm travel times, bookings, passport and visa requirements, airport instructions, and document details directly with the applicable provider.
• Use the app lawfully and not attempt to access another person’s trip data without permission.
• Obtain permission before uploading another person’s information or sharing it with a Planner.
• Use planner access only for the purpose authorized by the Traveler.

Traveler–Planner pairing

A pairing is trip-specific. Either person may create a temporary six-digit pairing code. Codes are intended to expire if unused and are consumed when used.

The Traveler controls consented sharing. The Traveler may end a pairing at any time or when the trip is completed. Ending a pairing stops future shared access; each person may retain the trip information that was already legitimately available to them, subject to the Traveler’s sharing choices.

Travel documents and imported information

Travel Double may help extract information from documents or forwarded confirmations, but extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. You must review all imported information before using it.

Where a boarding pass or ticket may be eligible for Apple Wallet or another provider’s service, Travel Double may guide you through available steps. We do not guarantee that a pass, ticket, reservation, or provider integration will work or remain valid.

Notifications

Notifications are optional and may be delayed, unavailable, or affected by device settings, network conditions, battery state, operating-system limitations, airlines, airports, or third-party services. Do not rely on Travel Double as your only reminder for a flight, medication, emergency, boarding time, or required travel action.

SMS Terms

If you separately opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring service-related SMS messages from Travel Double / Divergent Logic LLC at the number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your trip activity and selected reminders. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help or contact support@traveldouble.app. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text-message consent is separate from your acceptance of these Terms and is not required to use the app’s non-SMS features. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the app to harass, stalk, threaten, or surveil another person.
• Bypass consent controls, pairing protections, or device-security features.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the app.
• Misrepresent yourself as another user or use another person’s phone number without authorization.

We may suspend or end access for misuse, safety concerns, or legal requirements.

Disclaimers

Travel Double is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Airport-navigation and timing guidance are estimates. They are not a guarantee that you will arrive on time, make a connection, board a flight, or avoid missed travel arrangements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divergent Logic LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed flights, lost reservations, lost data, or travel-related losses arising from use of the app.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting an updated effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
