1. Who owns the next step? — a name, not a department 2. Is the route visible? — without calling anyone 3. Are materials confirmed? — before the crew arrives, not after 4. Is the customer / site note attached? — to the stop, not a text thread 5. Is completion status visible? — to the office, in real time 6.
