STOP 03 · YOU’RE NOT ALONE IN IT

One trip, two roles: the Planner and the Traveler.

A lot of travel stress comes from doing everything yourself, in the moment. My Travel Buddy splits the work in two — so the hard thinking happens early, in calm, and the trip itself becomes following the plan.

The Planner builds the structure

A parent, spouse, caregiver, friend, interpreter, support person — or you, during a calmer planning stage — adds the itinerary, reminders, packing lists, documents, notes, support instructions, and step-by-step guidance ahead of time.

The Traveler follows it, step by step

During the trip, the Traveler sees what comes next, what needs attention, and what’s already handled — without holding the whole plan in their head.

Packing, with someone alongside you

A long packing list is easier when you’re not facing it alone. My Travel Buddy guides packing in smaller steps, shows visible progress, and prompts the next item — and a Planner or support person can help organize, confirm, and encourage you along the way. It’s body doubling for travel prep: the feeling of company that helps you stay engaged, reduce avoidance, and actually finish.

STOP 04 · TRY THE FEELING

Build a sample travel support plan.

Four questions. No account. Watch your scattered trip become a calm, visible plan — that’s the product, in miniature.

Your sample plan will appear here —
calm, visible, and one step at a time.

STOP 05 · WHAT IT IS (AND ISN’T)

Built as support, not judgment.

Not here to fix you

My Travel Buddy is not here to fix you. It is here to hold details, reduce decision pressure, and make hard transitions easier to move through.

Not a medical device

My Travel Buddy is a planning and support tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care.

STOP 07 · QUESTIONS

Honest answers, short and clear.

Is this only for neurodivergent people?

No. It is designed with neurodivergent needs in mind, which makes it useful for anyone who gets overwhelmed by travel, transitions, or too many details.

What’s the difference between a Planner and a Traveler?

The Planner builds the trip structure ahead of time — itinerary, reminders, packing lists, documents, notes, and step-by-step guidance. The Planner can be a parent, spouse, caregiver, friend, interpreter, support person, or you during a calmer planning stage. The Traveler then follows that structure during the trip: what comes next, what needs attention, and what’s already handled.

Can someone help me pack?

Yes. My Travel Buddy supports body doubling during packing — it guides the process in smaller steps, shows visible progress, and prompts the next item, and a Planner or support person can help organize, confirm, and encourage you. It’s the feeling of having someone alongside you, so packing is less overwhelming and easier to finish.

Can caregivers use it?

Yes. Caregivers often take the Planner role — building plans, packing lists, documents, and reminders ahead of time, and acting as a trusted contact during the trip.

Can I use it for non-travel transitions?

Yes. The same structure can support school mornings, appointments, conferences, events, hotel stays, and coming home.

Will it work offline?

Offline support is on the roadmap. Join the early access list and we’ll tell you when it lands.
